The CyberCon Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made significant, long-term contributions to the cybersecurity community in North Dakota. Nominations are accepted from the public.

Chairman’s Award for Excellence

The Chairman’s Award for Excellence recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond in their contributions to cybersecurity awareness, education, or practice in the region.

2025 Recipient

Debbie Mantz received the 2025 Chairman’s Award for Excellence for her outstanding contributions to the cybersecurity community.
